I have loved animals for as long as I can remember. As a kid, I begged my father for a dog, and when he said “no,” – I started walking all the neighborhood dogs. I was 13 when I knocked on the neighbors’ doors and asked if I could take their dog for a walk. I was usually greeted with a surprised look from both the owner and the dog! When I was 15, I started working for a pet shop – Puppy Palace. I loved that job so much that I would ride my bike the 10 miles from Holliston to route 9 in Natick just to spend time at the shop (much to my mother’s dismay).

Eventually, I was able to get my German Shepherd puppy. “Kaptain” went everywhere with me during my senior year of high school. My nickname became “Woofy.” I learned about dog obedience and conformation showing with Kaptain. I also made many of the training mistakes with poor Kaptain!

I started my pet-sitting service in 1986 at the suggestion of a friend that needed her doggies watched while she went on vacation. Soon, pet sitting became a full-time job for me.

Hi! My name is Aleah, and I’ve been passionate about animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with cats, a little Zuchon named Chloe, and a love for whatever creatures I could find outside and under the sea. I’ve been an advanced scuba diver since I was 13 and love traveling!

I currently have my mini zoo of reptiles, frogs, invertebrates, rodents, and a couple of cats too! One day I plan to own my exotic animal store so I can spend my days teaching people how amazing they are!

I love dogs, but it’s not the right time to have my own…so I work with them at Daily Leash instead! I hope to adopt a Pit Bull or German Shepherd when the time comes.

I love spending my days caring for and making animals happy, so your pet(s) will be safe with me!

I have always had a passion and compassion for all animals. In my early twenties, I studied Veterinary Technology. I was the one who always took a dog home for the weekend from the shelter, eventually adopting one. After several years of toiling away at desk jobs, my path steered me toward a fulfilling career in social services, serving homeless families due to domestic violence. After a series of traumatic events, I turned to animals (horses in particular) for solace and healing.

I am currently studying dog psychology and animal behavior in my spare time. I believe that if we learn their language in the same way they strive to learn ours, we can have a wonderful and fulfilling relationship with the animals we share our lives with. My time at Daily Leash brings me boundless joy every day. I feel so privileged every time I gain the trust of my magical four-legged friends!

I love to garden, sew, and craft in my spare time. I once bragged that I could fit all my craft supplies in a box. My husband asked me not to call our home a box (This a quote from a social media site, but very accurate)!

“Happiness is a warm puppy.” Charles Shultz knew what he was talking about. Having worked in the hospitality industry for 20+ years, I have found dog walking to be a welcome stress reliever and a part of my day I truly look forward to. The clients are always so happy to see me! I love getting to know each dog’s unique personality and quirks. Their zest for life is contagious, and caring for them brings me so much joy! I have been with Daily Leash since 2018.

I am a reader and an artist. I do embroidery and painting, and I love music. I have always loved animals, insisting as a child that I would be a veterinarian one day. I studied animal care at Becker College. I don’t have any pets right now, so I get and give all my love to the dogs I walk every day.

I live in Natick and have had dogs and cats my whole life. I have shown dogs for breed and obedience. As a police officer, I worked with police and the Department of Corrections K9 units. This is a picture of me and my rescue dog, Ramsey.

Many people say it, but I have the best job ever! I am greeted at every house by cute furry faces that are delighted to see me! When I’m not walking my furry friends, I am taxiing my two kids around Natick or feeding my obsession with photography.

I have had a deep passion for animals since I was a little girl. I have been working with dogs and other pets for 14 years now and have loved every minute! I also enjoy hiking, camping, and anything outdoors.

My name is Sara, and I’ve been working for Daily Leash for about a year! Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I’m so happy to be working with them every day. I have many years of experience caring for dogs, cats, reptiles, and small animals. Although walking and playtime are a lot of what I do, I also enjoy training.

Outside work, I am very connected to nature and love being outside. I also have a passion for photography, especially for local wildlife!

Having the opportunity to go to work and make connections with such nice families and sweet dogs is the best part of the job. I always look forward to meeting new furry friends!
